AVG can't remove Win64:Trojan-gen

Thank you for your reply. Although AVG has not fixed the virus under my sight and command (same issue) it can't find the virus anymore. The program ran some intensive scans while restarting the computer. Since then the virus seems to be disappeared. I'm guessing AVG has solved the issue in this time.(?)

Provide the screenshot of AVG threat detection window by clicking on "see details" available on the popup.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Also, open AVG Internet Security interface. Click on "Menu->About" and provide the screenshot of version window.

AVG is reporting the computer is infected with a Win64:Trojan-gen virus. When I click the option 'Solve' (dutch word = 'oplossen'), nothing happens, while other threads are actually solved with the same button. 
I already updated the whole Windows-system and AVG itself. Also, I have a license with AVG, so I would think AVG could fix the threat. I need some help from someone with this issue.

Mark, some threats requires a PC reboot to get fixed. Since the post reboot scans do not find that virus, you can be assured that it is resolved.
