AVG Can't Resolve "Cookie773.exe" URL:Mal

Hello,

My AVG Software was running some checks on my folders and it found a URL:Mal called: "http://hiopso90teraansuu.com/cookie773.exe". Please don't click the link, it will probably take you to Malware. And, when attempting to resolve it, the loading icon spins for a few cycles, and doesn't resolve it. (I've included a picture to see the screen btw.) But, my other Anti-Viruses, (Webroot, MalwareBytes, Adaware, etc.), couldn't find anything wrong. And my AVG won't let me run other scans until the threat is gone. I couldn't find any conclusive ways to get rid of the URL:Mal or even what it is, and I don't know if it was a glitch or if my computer's really under attack. If you need any specs or anything else to help me solve this problem, please ask anytime.
