AVG Guru
Hi,
This is the second time I'm trying to post, it seems that the last time it didn't post, I can't find it anywhere, but if it is somewhere and I don't see it I apologize for the repeat.
AVG while running is periodically causing a streaming video to exit full screen, this happens every few minutes while on Netflix or other streaming services using Firefox or Chrome. It also disrupts watching full screen on Youtube. It doesn't cause full screen to exit but it seems like it tries to because the message 'Youtube is in full screen mode' pops up every few minutes. Also I've noticed there's something going on while surfing, even when not watching video, every few minutes for a second it seems like the browser goes to the background of something, it only takes a second and it goes back to be the front window. The something that pops up is invisible. It's difficult to explain, I hope you are able to understand what I mean.
This has been happening for a while, maybe a couple of weeks, and yesterday for the first time I tried to disable AVG and the problem disappeared, that is the reason I'm certain AVG is the culprit.
I'm using AVG anti virus free version, and Windows 8.
Please let me know if you need any more information.
Very appreciative and thankful for your help,
Iris
