Hello Alex,

We are sorry to know that.
Could you confirm whether you have disabled AVG protection and confirmed that the issue with Windows sandbox is getting resolved?
Are you using AVG Antivirus free or paid AVG Internet Security program?
In order to assist you further, we kindly request you to create your own post on our community.
It will help us to verify your account and provide further instruction.

Seriously?  The solution is to send us to another post??? As it turns out, I also have the same problem.  Since your assistance here ended on March 20 and no resolution was listed, can you please advise how you resolved this for Pawal G as it may shed some light on a resolution for me - and dare I say, Alex Trandafir?  How is "posting the solution" not part of your work flow before closing a forum query?

Month ago or maybe two it was working without any problem. Now, to start Windows Sandbox I need to turn off AVG protection. How can I solve this problem?

I can't find which component is causing issue. I was disabling each one, but sandbox never worked. I need to disable entire AVG to make it work.
What's interesting, when I try to start sandbox when AVG is enabled, then it won't start even after disabling AVG. First I need to restart PC, then disable AVG, and after that I am able to start sandbox.

I'm using AVG antivirus free, and yes, after disabling the antivirus, Windows Sandbox it's starting.
I did not opened a new ticket as it's the same problem(avg enabled - sandbox not starting - no error shown - just in event viewer)

Todd, since this is almost a 3 month old post, we'd request you to post your own query so that we can check your account information and provide personalized assistance.

We appreciate your efforts, Alex.

We request you to contact us from a separate post in order to assist you further.

Thank you for understanding.
