Thank you.
Hello,
I currently have two games that AVG crashes (League of Legends and Smite). I can get LoL to work by having it run in Administrator mode, but can't get Smite to work no matter what I do with it. Here are the scenarios for when the error occurs in each game:
1. League of Legends - When attempting to create/join a match within the game.
2. Smite - When trying to launch the full-screen application to play the game.
The first day that I downloaded/installed each game it worked just fine, but after the first day I receive the following error message at the scenarios listed above:
"The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application."
Other games such as Skyrim, CIV 6, etc. work just fine.
If I turn AVG protection off using the "Temporarily Disable AVG Protection" option the games work just fine, but if I manually disable every component of AVG the problem still persists. I'm trying to figure out what AVG could be doing that prevents some games/applications from launching while others work just fine and what it could be doing while supposedly being fully disabled that still prevents applications from performing tasks.
Thanks,
Andrew

I tried that as well and it did not work, I just forgot to mention it in my original post, sorry. I also tried disabling the firewall component and that did not resolve the issue either.
Thanks,
Andrew
