I use AVG Internet Security. In the final part of the scan it alerted me to some advanced concerns.
It said there were files that contained personal information that might be hacked. It asked to resolve all.
I hit yes. The files in question were two Open Office Calc files (the free version of Office Xcel).
Now when I go to open those files a message pops up that says I am not authorized to open the file and to see the administrator. I've checked everything and sat for an hour while some tech operated my computer remotely without success. Does anyone know how to to get the files back to their original conditions?
