AVG changed my gmail account password

Bought AVG Pro.  Turned out to be AVG Performance, which I didn't want.  Had to pay twice as much for AVG Protection, and they really wanted more money.  I installed AVG Protection on my laptop, then tried to install it on my Android.  At first, the software would only update the virus file for the AVG Free that was already on my phone.  Once that was done, none of the pages with support links were accessible.  I tried again.  This time, it asked for my password, but repeatedly refused to accept it.  With no idea why it refused my password, but suspecting something had corrupted my password, I changed my password to my password.  While this seems to have worked, I was still unable to install AVG Protection on my phone.  I attempted to find the link to AVG Support through my laptop, but I could not log into my gmail account, because the password was changed.  So, I recovered the account, changed my password back to my password, and attempted to find the link to AVG Support.  My gmail account tried to tell my how to find this on my Android, so I shut down my Android, and managed to get here.  WTF !  So, how do I contact a human that has the authority to tell this stupid robot to give me what I paid for !
