Hello, i would like to ask for refund, i don't even know my email, the product that i buyed, all i know is that i have less 34,99£ on my account.

I ask the support to detect my account, and if possible delete it and refund me, because i don't use it, i don't know what it is.

I have photo of the transaction, where i can put it?

Yes please, and cancel auto renewal because i don't use anymore Avg Tuneup.
