AVG Chrome / Couldn't load plug in

Is there a written proceedure for this?

When you say uninstall and reinstall the Adobe extension in the AVG Secure Browser do you mean unistall Adobe and then Re-install Adobe?

And does this reinstall the Adobe extension in AVG browser automatically or is there an additional proceedure or steps I have to perform?

Not a very good explanation especially since I should not have to go through this nonsense in the first place.

Hello Wayne,

We regret the inconvenience caused.
In this case, we request you to uninstall and reinstall the Adobe extension in your AVG Secure Browser and check if the issue still persists.
Keep us updated.

Recent problem, about two weeks, and I cannot fathom why all on its own AVG  which seems to want to control all aspects of my computer, would suddenly loose plug in capability with Adobe.  I have searched on line for answers and problems of this type all refer to only google chrome, and not AVG Chrome.  I convert a lot of on-line documents to pdf 's to save in my clients files, like government filing confirmations.  I cannot do this anymore and get the error "Couldn't load plug in" .  This in only an AVG issue as I started using internet explorer when I knew I had to save a page to a pdf, which works fine, but would rather use just one web browser.  HELP!!

Let us attempt to clarify this for you, Wayne.
From your description, it seems that the issue is with the PDF (Adobe) extension as it is unable to load on AVG Secure browser. Hence, our colleague has suggested to remove it & reinstall.
To do so : Open AVG Secure browser - Menu (3 dots at top right corner) - More tools - Extensions - Remove Adobe extension.
Once it is removed, you can visit Chrome store from Secure browser to install Adobe extension.
If you require any assistance during the process, feel free to write back to us.
