I have had AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner on my android device for months now. When using the cleaner, I noticed I am still seeing ads popping up. When i press the no ad tab at the top right corner of the screen, it says I already have a premium subscription and asks if I would like to activate it. I press activate and try to restore from Google play, but it takes me to the troubleshooting page. To add some context, I had the same issue with AVG anti-virus. I went through the troubleshooting process and cleared my playstore data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. When I got to the restore from Google play screen, it worked. My problem now is that I am doing the same thing with AVG Cleaner and it is not working like the anti-virus. I can't remember if I got the cleaner account from Google play or from my computer. I bought and installed the AVG Anti-virus family 10-person sharing package. Does AVG Anti-virus come with Cleaner in some packages? Do I need both, or does anti-virus have Cleaner included also? I am thinking I need to figure out how or where I got my Cleaner activation from because it seems the Anti-virus and Cleaner on my android came from different sources, I don't know. I am not too technically savvy, but I can follow directions with the best of them. (Them being, if there is a group of people out there that are known for their direction following skills). If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. It bothers me that I have paid for, or am paying for, a premium service that I do not have access to…Thanks everyone!
