AVG Cleaner loads free version from AVG website

To activate the AVG Cleaner free to PRO, please follow the below mentioned instructions:

1) Open AVG cleaner
2) Tap on drawer on top-left
3) Select Login
4) Enter AVG MyAccount email and password.

If any error appears during the activation, please submit your request to our mobile team.
Please click on this link: https://support.avg.com/support_contact_form?l=&retUrl=support_sales .
Select the option as "YES" and the operating system as "ANDROID"
Fill in the details and click on the option "answer via email"
Once your request is submitted you will be getting the prompt answer via email from our mobile team.

I have a paid subscription to AVG TuneUp which includes AVG Cleaner Pro for Android. But when I recently downloaded the app from the link under my subscription on the AVG website, only the free version installed. Unlike the PC version, where you just log into your account from the program to activate the features, logging in from the Android app did not activate the upgrade when I tried to do so.

How do you complete the installation of AVG Cleaner Pro from AVG Cleaner free when you already paid through the subscription for the PC version instead of going through Google Play?
