Hello AVG team,
I am experiencing the exact same problem as per mentioned above. I recently installed AVG anti virus for MAC and AVG cleaner for MAC a few days ago. AVG anti virus logs into ZEN fine with full functionality, however AVG cleaner does not login at all! I am getting the exact same error message as Simon mentioned in his post. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AVG cleaner several times, restarted my MAC, changed passwords for my AVG account login creditionals, nothing seems to work!

I have the same problem. The username/password combo works on this site and for AVG AntiVirus for Mac. But I could not convince AVG Cleaner that the combo was correct.
Any solution yet?

Will you be able to provide the screenshot of the windows that says passwords doesn't match?
To take a screenshot in MAC, please follow the below instructions : 1. To capture the entire screen, press Command-Shift-3. The screen shot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your home screen with the filename starting with “Picture” followed by a number, example Picture 1, Picture 2, and so on.
2. To copy the entire screen, press Command-Control-Shift-3. The screen shot will be placed on your clipboard for you to paste into another program like PowerPoint, Word, Photoshop, etc.
For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Despite changing my password online. When i try to login to AVG Cleaner for Mac it tells me that my that my email and passwords don't match tried 3/4 times to reset password
