We regret to hear that you are unable to activate AVG Cleaner PRO.
To get PRO activated again, make sure you have only one Google account on your device "jaxxxxxxxxxxx10@gmail.com". Remove other Google accounts to avoid conflict. You can add them later after activation.
1. Verify Google play login "jaxxxxxxxxxxx10@gmail.com"
2. Open AVG Cleaner Free.
3. Tap on Upgrade button.
4. Select Restore license from options (3 dots)
In case if you are unable to activate PRO, please share the screenshot of upgrade button.
Hello Support people.
I purchased AVG Cleaner Pro and AVG AntiVirus Pro 22.1.2018 with continuing order agreement.
Few days ago Google Play informed me that Cleaner Pro and AntiVirus Pro continues as agreed and they have debited me 23.1.2019.
All these information is readable in my Google History.
However, my Cleaner Pro works now as a free version, means with adds… and in addition Cleaner ask me to upgrade to the Pro version with a total different price.
Working of AntiVirus Pro continues perfectly… at least now.
What should I do?
