AVG Cleaner Pro version reverted back to Free version and can't add AVG Cleaner Pro to new android

I use AVG Ultimate.  Had AVG Cleaner Pro version loaded on android phone.  A few days ago it reverted back to the free version.  I cannot log into AVG from within the AVG application to attempt to change to the Pro version.  I get an error message saying cannot connect.  Also tried adding AVG Cleaner Pro version to another android phone from within AVG Ultimate.  Same thing happens.  When I try to log into AVG to change from the downloaded free version to the paid version, I get an error message saying cannot connect.  Both phones are connected to internet and work fine. I did send  a screenshot of the error message to AVG Android Support.  They had no solution.  I don't want to have to put up with all the ads in the free version.  Shouldn't have to as AVG Cleaner Pro for  android is supposed  to be part of AVG Ultimate.  Please Help!  Thanks

I did receive the following e-mail from the Mobile support team:

Unfortunately we are currently unable to help you, however we are aware of the issue and are working on a solution.
This issue should be resolved in our future product releases. Since the fix will be automatically applied, all you have to do is ensure that you have the most up to date version of the product. In the meantime, we would like to ask for your patience while we work to resolve the issue.

Alan, Please note AVG Ultima is an AVG Windows product and that android products are listed under the Comminity Products listing shown on the left of this page.
