Hello Masoud,

If you have purchased an active subscription for AVG Cleaner Pro, then follow the below steps to activate the product on your Android device.

Open AVG Cleaner installed > Upgrade > Menu (3 dots in top right corner) > Restore Purchase > data will be loaded from the Google account and AVG will be activated.

I paid in google play store and upgraded to AVG Cleaner Pro but it is still normal Cleaner and Pro is not active.
