I have a subscription for AVG Cleaner through google play, it renewed on 4th Feb 2019. The payment has gone from my google account, however i'm still being asked to upgrade.i've tried the restore licence but told it can't be found. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. I've followed all the instructions give in AVG support and even had google help try who have confirmed payment was paid and accepted. I'm now at a loss as to what else i can do or try, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select platform as "Android" and the name of AVG Program that you have installed on your mobile. In the description please completely explain your issue and click on "Email" option. When filling out your details choose "Yes" to the question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version. The AVG mobile team will reply to you via email with a resolution.
