Hello Paloma,
I'm sorry to hear about this. In this case, please press Windows Logo+R: Run dialog box and type msconfig to see the boot option. Please click on boot button, look for AVG Cleaner, select it and click delete (Note please do not select Windows 10). After that, please reboot your computer once and check if your Windows 10 is rebooting as before.
Best regards,
Alok.
I was having an issue trying to install AVG Protection on my computer after removing Avast and after seeing lots of topics I tried to use AVG Remover and AVG Cleaner, but the last one created a new partition (I don't know) and every time I initiate my notebook it shows up, so I have to choose between it or the regular Windows 10. When I click on it, they open the security mode but I couldn't find a way to remove this option. I want my windows 10 to boot regularly as it always did.
Omg, so simple. It worked, thank you so much.
You're most welcome Paloma,
I'm glad to hear that the issue has been resolved. Feel free to contact us again if you need any further assistance.
Best regards,
Alok.
