We'd like to confirm that AVG Cleaner will not delete the Whats app conversations on your Android device. To manage which items should be deleted during the scan, please follow the steps below:
1. Tap Quick Clean on the main AVG Cleaner screen.
2. Tap the box next to an item type to untick it and ensure that it isn't processed during a clean. Ticked item types are cleaned by default.
3. Tap the down arrow next to an item type to view specific items on your device. Tap the box next to a specific item to untick it and ensure that it isn't processed during a clean.
