Please be informed that the AVG apps for Android are compatible only for Android 4.4 Kitkat version.
This is the reason you couldn't install it on the Android version 2.3.5.

Hi

 

I purchased AVG TuneUp unlimited this September and I have installed it on my desktop, two laptops and HTC One Mini mobile phone.

 

I have an old mobile phone, HTC Desire HD, that runs on Android 2.3.5 and I have tried to install AVG Cleaner but without success.

 

After download and on installation the installation ceases and flags up error code 11.

 

I have used the Google help tips and this morning spent an hour on the phone with their help line trying different approaches without success.

 

They suggested that I contact you to provide any further guidance if possible.

Every time I have tried to install AVG Cleaner the installation fails and displays an error code 11.
