Any word when 4.7.0 will be released. I have now had the issue for 3 weeks. My patience is gone.
I have replied to all emails and am not getting timely replies. I started my support ticket on May 16. The comment on my Google play review is this issue started Thursday. My ticket has been open much longer than that. It is very frustrating to have AVG post information that is incorrect. It would be nice to hear when AVG is going to fix this issues that is affecting a large number of PAYING customers.

I have AVG Ultimate. AVG Cleaner is showing up as the free product, not pro as it should. I have been emailing support for weeks with no resolutions or suggestions. They have asked multiple time what version I have. It is frustrating to see this is a widespread problem that is not getting fixed.

I have tried to get support through the email. Support only answers emails once a week.
The latest email I recived states "Unfortunately we are currently unable to help you, however we are aware of the issue and are working on a solution. This issue should be resolved in our future product releases. "
It should be addressed in the NEXT release. Even if it is a temporary solution of removing licening and letting everybody use the pro features. Those of us who have paid should have the use of the product. If it affects AVG marketing so be it. AVG needs to step up and take care of the people that have been paying their bills. Not making them wait until some future release fixes the issue that is affecting alot of their customers.
I am simply replying to questions on multiple threads asking the same question that AVG is refusing to answer. WHEN IS VERSION 4.7 going to be released. On May 29 you stated that the issue will be fixed in that version. Since that post version 4.6.2 was released without a fix. You owe it to your customers to inform them when a fix will be available.
It sounds like AVG are having massive problems with their licencing for the Android products. I am having the same issues.

Mainly, we deals all the queries of AVG related to Windows device. However, we do also provide limited informations about Android products. This issue fixed in the 4.7.0 version and once the issue is resolved you will get a compensation as we promised.

As informed the email sent on 29th May 2018, we do not know release date of next update yet.
Our developers will do their best to release it as soon as possible.
