Avg cleaner yearly recharge done but it is not reflected

We will have a look at it. Make sure that your Play store is logged in using the same email address used at the time of purchase. Could you share the screenshot http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot of the cleaner interface to check and assist you further?

Hi AVG team,
i have taken 1 year subscription of avg cleaner from Google play store, amount is deducted but subscription is not active. Please help

I bought google play store voucher for 1 year subscription of AVG cleaner, Emal id is also same, still as ver AVG recharge is not done and amount is already deducted from my google play account.

Vikram, the subscription page clearly shows that "AVG Cleaner PRO" renews on 31st July 2019.
It confirms that the renewal happened recently.
We request you to reinstall AVG cleaner app and check the status.
To reinstall, refer this (article).
