Hi Alex,
I am happy to see that your issue is resolved.
Thanks for posting back.
Looks like some changes have been made to the website and the search system. Now everything works - thanks.
Hello everyone. It seems the AVG Community website uses the old (and unfortunately, bad) practice of browser User Agent sniffing to determine whethere it will work or not. Noticed this when the fairly popular Firefox-based Pale Moon browser, recently removed the "Firefox-compatible" flag from its UA string. AVG Community stopped working, not because of browser capabilities but due to "unrecognized" flagging. I hope you understand how wrong and discriminating this is and try to fix the problem. Some interesting links on this issue:

The latest Pale Moon version re-introduced the "Firefox-compatibility" mode as enabled by default so the AVG Community works again but I hope this website is nonetheless adjusted to more modern internet standards. I believe a more open and free Internet is to (almost) everyone's interest, including AVG's. Thanks.
It seems this problem is back: I can only post answers to the AVG Community website, if I enable Pale Moon's "Firefox compatibility mode" option. If it's disabled, no posting is possible here.

I didn't post multiple threads for the same issue… you got it wrong…

Hi Alex,
I am happy to see that AVG Community is usable in other Browsers.
Thanks for posting back.
Hi Alex,
Unfortunately this platform is not created by AVG but by Salesforce, so such changes are not possible from our end.
Thanks
Thanks Zbynek. I guess I could try contacting them but it would make more sense (and impact) if AVG complained to them.
If anyone from AVG would like to try this with Pale Moon, disable the Options/Advanced/Firefox Compatibility mode and see how AVG Community reports that "the browser is not supported".
Received a reply from AVG, not sure if it was about this issue. Anyway, while still not working perfectly, AVG Community is now usable: screen still gets greyed out with the "This content is not currently supported on this browser" message, but with a mouse click the screen goes white again and posts (such as this) can be made. The above warning message is still displayed.
