Trust me, with 4 people from support area trying to fix that problem left my computer in the shop, so much was changed and never put back to where it should be , someone will email and then fix
Waiting  fo the 5th email, heck the computer was so missed up it created other problem 200 dollars later I pick it up Feb 13, 2015
5 years of AVG and no problems Now look all my friends are saying you know avgfree is not free, the want you to buy for the little part performance they are like the rest of the worl LOL I loaded alot of avg free wihich most bought paid
