I have a new large format printer for making stickers, vinyl graphics etc. I have been having problems with the printer, connectivity issues. The tech support person at the company where I bought the printer thinks my AVG software is causing this. He said I need to get an exception in the AVG program to allow the printer to do its thing. How do I get this exception?
