I do understand the inconvenience this may have caused to you. I see that you have purchased AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription). May I know if the reboot request that you are receiving is from AVG Internet Security or AVG TuneUp program? If it is from AVG Internet Security, it could be due to trial version has expired and the protection has downgraded to free version. AVG TuneUp - Unlimited does not include Internet Security
If you would like to have your PC protected with AVG Internet Security, please upgrade to paid version of it and follow the steps provided in the link below to activate it.

I purchased AVG yesterday and cannot get it to work. Keeps saying to switch off computer nothing happens when I do that. Another problem is cannot get file or behaviour options to connect.Please try and advise me with as little jargon as possible. I am elderly and not really computer savvy. Thank you
