AVG consuming 149GB (!) of disk space

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (delete gigs of logs first) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

The tool creates a few files in C:\AVG_SysInfo and then hangs on 'Work in progress'.

Periodically, AVG 2015 creates files in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Avg2015\fet that are many GB in size - 60 GB for the largest, and a total of 149 GB for all the files that are not the usual MB or less. I've tried reinstalling AVG, but the problem came back. How do I prevent this happening?

In that case please try use http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/runner_en.exe .
