I have taken two avg subscriptions - one global for all software and a single tune-up. The tuneup was purchase not knowing I was already covered but had not downloaded. I also had an AVG uk license (or purchased in the UK which I canceled - I think. I canceled the UK tune-up but am still getting billed for it. I can not reach AVG. I am trying to find a number but I guess they are too big for a single user - guess I will need to cancel everything because they are not wanting to be contacted.
