Alright AVG. What the Hell? I downloaded and installed your unlimited product, that I paid for, and now I have NO computer at all! I can't restore it. I can't reset it and I can't back anything up!! 
Turning it off and back on does nothing for it. Restart is a big fat zip too.
I've followed every flipping instruction given to me to the letter, with ZERO results. To say I'm angry right now is a massive understatement.
Please refund EVERY penny I paid you, as I will obviously be purchasing a new computer in the immediate future!!
