hi,
as i have seen i am not the only one affected by this, all programs are working on my laptop, but when i go to run a scan using AVG, it freezes my laptop, turns task bar from blue to grey, has a blue square with a message flash up that fast i cannot see whats on it the it shuts down and re-starts, i cannot complete a scan.
any help would be appreciated

Same problem on AVG Internet Security 2014.0.4830, but the fix by doing a Repair on the AVG program does not fix it, unless the subsequent update introduces the Trojan horse again.

tried fixing it by doing a repair and no joy, same problem, but no one from support helping out

its AVG Internet security 2015 full paid for version, and i am running on windows XP.
