Yes, i want to refund. i spend more then 4 hours per computer to reinstall system (3 computers). it is very pity for me that after more then 4 years of use avg such think is happen. i never gona use your products agen.
p.s. your support is usless. they cant do anythink. i make video with errors, upload it to youtube to show them, they cant check youtube, cant check video by mail, etc etc… usless.

Your antivirus has corrupted my computers.
I ran out of subscription, and the next day the computers stopped working. Laptop, home computer and one more. Everywhere the same thing, just can not log into the system gives out a bunch of errors and closes. I'm 100% sure it's because of your antivirus. I've been using it for many years and I'm insanely disappointed. Moreover, I decided to renew the subscription, and extended it, but now I want to return the money back and no longer want to deal with your company. This happened just when the subscription ended and on all three computers where the AVG was installed. Now it will take many hours to repair everything. Please return the money!

Unfortunately, we do not have option to view the video you sent. We have limited access and I realized that you have purhased AVG Internet Security - Unlimited from our reseller.
