Avg.cs and no subscriptions

Hi Larry,

Upon checking your account, we could see that you have an AVG Internet Security valid till Dec 26, 2019.

You have received the renewal email since the product is about to expire.

Let us know, if you wish to cancel the auto renewal for the subscription.

If you are unable to find any subscription in your AVG MyAccount, please share us the screenshot from the My subscription page.

I got an E-mail from avg.cs on 11/12 about renewal of a continuing subscription.  I logged into AVG MyAccount and it shows that I have no subscriptions.  It appears that I am going to be automatically charged for subscriptions that don't exist.  Please help.  Thank you

Here is a screen shot,  as you can see it shows I have no subscriptions.  I want to cancel any subscriptions that you think I may have before the renewal date in December.  Please help

As per your request, we have cancelled the auto renewal for your subscription of AVG Internet Security. Therefore, you won't be charged in the future after the expiration of the product.
