Hi guys, I was managing case number AVG Customer Care - Request #16840775 but with my latest mail answer I was unable to proceed and received the following message:
Unfortunately, your email wasn’t delivered because we can’t identify which ticket it refers to.
Can you re-open the ticket and contact me directly on lorenzotombini@alice.it?
