AVG Customer complaints process is non-existent

Hello Coleman,

We understand your concern.

On checking your account, we haven't found any records that you have contacted us.

Please provide us the feedback here. We will forward your request to the concerned team.

I have tried making complaints regarding the poor customer service from AVG, and cannot locate any contact details to do so. The customer service department "do not get it", and do not know basic escalation procedures to ensure the correct staff are assigned to complaints.

I do not wish to go into the details of my complaint here in the forum.

I am only interested in the contact details, for someone in Australia, to get the attention of someone over and above the contact centre or any partners/sub-contractors used by AVG.
