AVG Customers treated poorly

Every year whenever I asked for help to the Moderators in the Community Forum, they have always been polite, caring, helpful and friendly. They always provided a reply. However, this time they just ignore AVG customers on a regular basis and expect others to solve the queries or problems. Why has the pattern changed? What is the point to provide a website that all it does is send us in circles without being able to contact anybody in the customer services. How disappointing and unhelpful is that attitude? I am an 86 year old pensioner and need to ask a query but no moderator has contacted me yet! I have been a customer for years.

Before on vacation, I was receiving 200 McAfee scams a day. I returned and you guys had fixed my computer. No more scams. Thank you very much. Money well spent.

I see quite a few complaints like this. Time to change your service provider.

Sorry to hear you are having problems, I too am a pensioner and it appears there are no longer any moderators or assistance… I do still buy it as an extra layer of protection, but I buy it from sites that sell bulk licenses where it only costs me a couple of dollars a year since it does no longer have customer support.
