AVG Dashboard is blank on my screen

I have Windows 7. Downloaded paid version of AVG TuneUp unlimited 2017 version. Software download fine het when I click on the AVG icon on desktop it opens up blank. I disabled my mawlware and others aniivirus products but still get blank avg dashboard
