Avg data safe password field

what can be done when the avg  data safe will not load or open the password entry field???

I suggest you to take a Backup of the AVG Data Safe by copying the folder to your desktop and then reboot your computer.

Note : Please run the AVG Clear first and then the AVG Remover

Once uninstalled, please reinstall the AVG Anti Virus again from https://www.avg.com/en-us/download and check if that fixes the issue.
