We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Did AVG labelled as virus and removed the drivers? If so, please check in AVG virus vault and restore the drivers. You can access AVG virus vault under Options menu in AVG interface. You could also try uninstalling Twain application completely and re install it. AVG has identified our twain drivers (needed for our scanning devices) as a risk and has deactivated them. I can't reinstall them because the instal program says that they are already installed.
