AVG Deleted a program

Yes it is.  Here's a screen shot of it.  I hovered my mouse over it so it highlighted the whole URL.
Should I restore, or restore and add exception? What about this "Win23:malware-gen"? Is that a mistake?

I had a program on my PC called CopyTrans, which I use to transfer things from my I-Phone to my PC.  I've been using it for years.  Suddenly AVG decided it was a threat and deleted my desktop shortcut.  I can't seem to find the program anywhere, like it has been removed completely.  I did a search in Windows Explorer and it did not show up.  It's no longer listed in my Program Files folder or my Programs Files (x86) folder.  Can I recover this somehow, short of doing a system restore from a previous time?  If I have to do that, how can I prevent AVG from doing it again?
