Logged into my account today only to find that all of my subscription licenses (bar one I purchased in 2013) have been deleted even though they had between 12 and 18 months before any renewal needed to happen. I have also deleted my purchase history (including a purchase just 3 months ago) so all I can see is my activity in 2012. I don't want to have to take consumer action against them here in NSW Australia but I ight have to as the sales department is telling me to talk to the tachnical department and the technical department is telling me to talk to sales.
