AVG is deleting important files without asking me first.
I've used AVG for years, and in the past it's always had a choice in SETTINGS that allowed it to ASK ME before deleting anything. I can't find that setting at all anymore.
I recently ran AVG and it deleted at least a dozen important files (mostly related to running games and older programs). I had to do a System Restore to undo the havoc that it caused. These findings are quite obviously false positives — shouldn't I be the one to decide that? And I'm not comfortable trying to identify all these files and set them as "Exceptions". What if I install another program that AVG decides it doesn't like. It's like having a time bomb on my computer if I forget to identify an Exception.
Can anyone tell me where the settings are that allow me to select this option.
I've always loved AVG, but I can't use a program that doesn't work with me

(PS: I tried to post this in AVG's CHAT, but all I got for over an hour was a rotating circle. I finally gave up – which I'm afraid I may have to do with AVG itself.)
