AVG Detected Generic trojan, Access Denied removal

Hello Evan,
We regret the inconvenience caused. We would like to let us know whether you have installed AVG paid or a free version on your system and also please check whether you have installed AVG 2015 version or 2016 version. Could you please send the screenshot of your error Threat so that we can assist further? Please click on the following link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot  to send the screen shot. Thank you.

The title says all, at about 10% in the full scan AVG detects 12 threats and secures them, however 11 of those are secured and and 1 says access denied can not remove? Not sure what this means…

Shortly after scanning 10% in the computer says it needs to restart. Rinse and repeat I scan again and it detects the exact same files with the exact same trojans.

Have not tried safe mode yet, Malwarebytes picked up nothing.
