AVG detected trojans on a Mac but could not remove them

I ran a deep scan again and this time it only spotted three .
I have now done as you suggested with spotlight and am running a deep scan again.User-added image

When I clicked on them AVG indicated either they were no longer there, or I did not have permission to remove them. Googling the names of the trojans, they sound pretty serious, so I am not sure what to do.
They were (six like this)…!   IRC: Malware-gen     .Spotlight-V100 > Store-V2 followed by series of numbers
(eight like this)…   ! VBA:Downloader-AAO [Tri]   .Spotlight-V100 > Store-V2  etc

Sorry for the delay in responding.

From this screenshot, this is again a cache file which is still most probably hold by the Safari browser. Please clear Safari cache and run another scan. Also, it's not necessary to run Deep scan on daily basis.

Thanks for the patience.
At end of the deep scan it now saw one (different from the previous threats), which again it could not quarantine or remove.
I can follow the trail through folders as far as users/ron/library/caches/com.apple.safari/webkitcache/Version 12/Records/6E…[huge number]…FC20BB/Resource/C45…[huge number]…B5BB6
There is no folder within the Records folder beginning with 6E

If those files are still detected then please rebuild "Spotlight db" for the drive on which files are detected - https://goo.gl/kaQDm7.
