Avg detection notification would not close

If you don't know/use detected program I recommend uninstalling it (as Joanna did).

I have kind of the same problem! The difference is that I cannot remove the file: It keeps on saying that it failed, and "access denied." I 've been having this problem for like two weeks. I used to have AVG 2013, today I downloaded 2014. In my case the threat is c:\Program Files\Music Toolbar\Datamngr\apcrtldr.dll

Hi guys,
 After I posted my question, I went to control panel in my computer  to delete some programs and I so happen saw lucky leap, that AVG is saying a threat.  I uninstalled lucky leap, did another scanning. and it stopped appearing. I  hope this help. Maybe its a program you can delete and hopefully can fix the problem.

I downloaded AVG antivirus Free 2014 and it had worked well for a year. However, this month a notification  "AVG Detection" just keep on popping up no matter how many times I removed the threat and close it. I uninstalled and re installed it again twice but it keep on showing the same thing
and its the same threat "Adware Generic_r.KF, c:\Program Files (x86)\lucky leap\bin\luckyleap.BrowserAdapter.exe";"Secured"

Can anyone help me with this? It starting to get really troublesome. I don't know if the problem is with my computer or is it AVG

I am having the same problem as Joanne Bee.  I uninstalled 2013 and installed 2014 and am still continuously prompted with AVG Detection every few seconds.  Can anyone help pls
