I am sorry to hear this. Please check whether there are any traces of AVG program installed on your PC.
Also look for any other antivirus program installed.
This error showed up; 0xe0010509 ..
Just after I had paid for and downloaded it.
If anyone knows a fix to this, and can easily walk me through step by step that'd be much appreciated!

Apparently AVG has a problem being loaded and it appears many us will have to buy our protection else, hope these complaints will go viral an AVG will go broke! What a Pain! when you have paid and it doesn't work. Too many sorry to hear this it is your product! Make it work!
