I Suddenly noticed that my paid AVG protect antivirus software had suddenly disappeared from multiple devices.
Both a computer and some android phones. While some phones still had The software intact.
After a reinstall on one phone the AVG automatically signed in with my license code. This suggests sub folders must still have been on the phone! This only makes me more concerned! How can your software be incorrectly uninstalled without myself taking any actions to uninstall it?
And secondly leaving sub folders without the program I'd fear that third parties would have been able to scout the folders and now have my AVG account log in details.
I'm hoping for an error that AVG would be aware off. In which case I'd wish you'd messaged your customers about this so we weren't left in the dark. Otherwise, given that it has happened to both android and Windows devices leaves me to conclude that I can't trust the safety and integrity of AVG protection. Which would be very sad as I've used it's paid version for over a decade.
