My AVG Cleaner app on my Macbook Pro isn't working properly. When I click on 'Scan Mac' in the Disk Cleaner section, it opens the pop-up where I select my 'Home Folder' and Confirm authorization for the app to scan the drive for junk files. But then once I do click confirm, it just goes back to the home page and there is no sign of a scan happening. When I try it again, it does the same thing of nothing. I tried re-installing the app and restarting my computer.
On another note, the app is also not letting me login into my AVG account to connect to Zen - it says my password and email don't match when I i know for a fact that they do.
Is there a way that I can reset or reboot the app so that it does what it's supposed to? Why isn't anything working?

Currently, we have free version of AVG Antivirus and Cleaner for Mac.
