Merryl,
I appreciate it. Please open AVG management console on HP PC and click on AVG Secure VPN tile. Click Try it free to start 30-day trial. If you already bought a subscription for AVG Secure VPN and you are logged to your AVG MyAccount in AVG management console, your license is detected at this point. Click Yes to confirm installation. Restart your PC, if asked.
Click the OFF slider so that it changes to ON. Secure VPN drivers are installed.
Hello Merryl,
Is AVG is working fine on the HP laptop? Please check your HP PC and check if AVG is scanned and protected. I would suggest you to update AVG on the HP PC and scan the device. Also, please click in AVG Secure VPN tile and install the program. If possible please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of AVG installed on the HP device.
When I start AVG on my laptop, (Ultimate and VPN Security) It shows 2 computers - "This PC" and "HP"
"This PC" is fully protected, but when I click on "HP" it hasn't been scanned and no VPN security.
Can I delete "HP"
