I have two different computers. One is running Windows 7, one is running Windows 10. At the moment, this problem affects only the Windows 7 computer.
For the past few weeks, VPN insists on running whether I want it to or not. Yesterday I decided to completrely remove your VPN program from the Windows 7 computer -- and, remarkably, the Windows 7 machine is working once again -- and nothing is bouncing back and forth on my Excel file screen, or telling me I am not connected to the internet. So I can continue with my work without interruption.
Since the program is not currently screwing around with my WIndows 10 system, I guess that's the system I'll use on internet connections. But I wonder how many users out there can afford to "simply" buy a Windows 10 system?
If you have not heard of this problem (and I see [not far below this note] that you have) NOW is the time to FIX IT. Any chance I can get a refund for the time period since I renewed?
