AVG does not resolve malware threats

Please share the screenshot of the threat detection pop-up from AVG to assist further.

You can close the incident. I've uninstalled and installed AVG, and after that run deep scan. Now AVG put all malware found in quarantine.

After a deep scan, my AVG found several high level risks and indicated they need to be resolved.  For every threat, I clicked on the RESOLVE text in Red and nothing happened.  I've tried this repeatedly. Why is not AVG able to resolve the threats?
AVG software version: 18.8.3071 (build 18.8.4084.409)
Virus definitions version: 190103-8
UI-version: 1.0.134

OS: W7, SP1

We'd request to navigate through the path on your computer and check if that particular file (TBNotifier.exe) exists or not.
