Hey everybody,
I have an acute (!) problem with my AVG Free version.
It will not scan my computer or even part of it, and I cannot repair it, or uninstall it in order to reinstall, or install on top of it with the latest version.
I have Windows 10… and also CC Cleaner. Possibly the latter has anything to do with this?
Also I cannot activate Windows defender instead.
I keep getting these error codes:
0xE0010002
0xe001f90b
and General error (0x0643) with error code: 0xC0070643
What on earth is going on here??

Perhaps AVG would think of adding your advice to their main support pages so that one would not have to go through all these phases to have the problem solved…
